  La Cave des Vignerons de Gigondas, alias "Gigondas LaCave" fut créée au coeur du terroir de Gigondas par des paysans vignerons qui durent alors défendre leurs intérêts identitaires et économiques de propriétaires-récoltants. Ils ont souhaités, pour cela, créer une entreprise commune, de dimension suffisamment significative pour affronter professionnellement les enjeux oenologiques et commerciaux liés aux vinifications, aux élevages, à la diffusion de leur Gigondas.

 Dans cette démarche, hier comme aujourd'hui, il y a volonté militante de construire à partir de notre terre, notre Appellation, une image hautement qualitative de nos vins issus de ce terroir d'exception...

The cellar of Gigondas LaCave was created at the heart of Gigondas by wine-owners who had to defend their grower's identity and economic interests. They wished to create a joint venture, of significant enough dimension to face in a professional manner the oenological and commercial stakes.
